    Name change gone wrong


    Hello, I changed the name for my gamertag quite awhile ago, but I just noticed last week that none of my achievements from my old name, are on my new name. At first I thought maybe I accidentally created a new account, but then I searched for my old name
    and it shows that all of my current achievements are being added to that name as well. I also thought that if I truly had created a new gamertag by accident then I should beable to recover it, right? Wrong. My xbox will only recover my new gamertag name. I
    called account support and they say its impossible to have two gamertags under the same email, but I beg to differ. This is literally the same account under two different names. ALL I WANT IS MY OLD ACHIEVEMENTS ON MY NEW NAME FOR CHRIST SAKE! Please help
    me solve this mystery! Old gamertag name before I got an Xbox One, "clayent". I then changed the name to "" when I got the optional free name change when I bought an Xbox One when they first came out. HELP ME!

    yR ALSO FULL OF CRAP I know for a fact that you guys say the only way to change stuff is thru the dashboard that's what your paid to do when you could just go on your system computer and change it remember your policy you do not own your gamertag xbox does
    so you cant sell it. But yeah well sure make you pay for it after making that statement

    Oh im gonna keep my mistake they don't deserve more money after paying them for 3 years of xbox live and a $80 ANTENNA and bunch of games a bunch of dlc and a gamertag change and xbox themes and other stuff they don't deserve my money If there gonna keep
