    Name change didn't happen


    Hi all,

    I took my first free name change in XBOX and I changes my name, but it didn't work and now it costs 10$ if I want to do it again.

    What should I do?

    My name was changed randomly I didn't change it y was it changed and will I get a free name change

    I didn't get my free name change

    I got my Xbox not to long ago and it gave me the name so about 5 to 6 weeks later i tried changing my Xbox username to TBG MANX559 and it said i already used it so i went on the Microsoft website and tried to change
    it from there but it still wouldn't work .

    is this the name you wanted ?

    If not then two things

    First.and foremost you don't get a free name change

    You already used it when you created your account

    The policy you are speaking of doesn't apply to you If you read the full text you would know why

    In order to get a free name change you would've had to have been issued a random name on creation

    Since your name is customized you don't qualify

    Why didn't my name change?

    It takes time for the servers to update. I only see the new tag when I look you up. It doesn't show the old one at all.

    you don't get a free name change because you already used it

    And no suggestions based on your previous choices isn't not given a choice.p

    This does not cover accounts creates before 2016

    Anhthing after that will have a generated name by default with no suggestions

    What they mean is autogenerated names is.a under this format an emotion a fluffy animal and a few numbers

    Edgiestmanx is clearly your choice or based on your previous choices

    Happypuppy150 would be something more along the lines or a autogenerated name
