Dobrý den,

Při pokusu koupit hru - Tomb Raider Underworld, systém hlásí, že nelze nákup dokončit, abych zkusil později. Pokud zkusím koupit DLC, tak se nákup podaří. Nechápu toto chování. Přitom by mělo být zpětně
kompatibilní mezi Xbox 360 a Xbox One.

When you try to buy the game-Tomb Raider Underworld, the system reports that you can not complete the purchase, I tried later. If I try to buy DLC, the purchase will succeed. I Don't understand this behavior.
This should be backward compatible between the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

With cases such as these, due to our forums team not having the necessary tools, it is best for our customer support team to assist further the issue at hand,
when you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Hello, I had a chat discussion with someone from support and uploaded video of how it looks when I try to purchase this game already. Anyway ... this issue occurs only with this one game. It doesn't gives any specific error message (code or something).
The message says that the purchase is not available at the moment and I should try it again later. But I tried it several times within about 3 weeks period and it is always the same. Purchase of DLC for this game was successful but purchase of the game itself
not ...

There is no game simply named “Tomb Raider” that is backwards compatable.

There are three “Tomb Raider” games that are: Underworld, Anniversary, and Legend.
