N3 Backward compatible with Xbox one

It was announced at E3 2019 that the Xbox Original and Xbox 360 Backwards Compatibility program through the Xbox One was being put on a permeant hiatus, meaning until further notice there will be no new
games added to the list of current backwards compatible titles. When the project was still up, the place you most likely could have suggested titles would have been on the Xbox User Voice and Survey website which has now been taken down. Its currently unknown
if Backwards Compatibility will make a come back, but the most likely answer is yes. The team was pulled off of it to focus on Project Scarlett but, some time next year BC may make a return with the new console.

You can do backwards compatibility with some games next year you could do all the games

I think a few months ago it was officially confirmed that there will be no more backwards compatible games for Xbox One. I really hope that the next-gen Xbox will be 100% backwards compatible with all previous generations both digitally and physically.
One can only hope.
