N.Sane Trilogy Problem

Hello everyone. I just bought and downloaded the Crash N.Sane Trilogy from the store. When

I try to start it however it just freezes just before the Activision Logo and kicks me right back to the homepage. And this happens each and every time I try to Launch the Game while connected to the internet. When i go offline however the game just starts
and runs normally (using my roommates boxed versions disc.) The boxed version wont start either when im connected to xbox live. I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Fable trilogy problem

Sorry if this is in the wrong area or has been answered already

Hopefully someone can help me. I bought the fable trilogy, downloaded the app fine but I'm having problems downloading the games. When terry starting the download from the app it says something like this user Is not the purchaser or something. Hit ok a couple
times and they eventually start. They will get to about 80 % and restart from 0 a couple times then when they finish they are corrupt. I've deleted them and restarted the downloads, Deleted cached content from settings, Formated the 360. The region for the
360 andaccount are both Canada. Checked my Internet speed and it's roughly 10 Mbps give or take. Not entirely sure whadowse to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Fable trilogy problem

It's been 14 days since I first brought this up with them and have been promised several times that the advocacy team would ring me ASAP one even gave me her word someone would ring the next morning!

Nothing.

I've just spent ages complaining to an advisor who eventually caved in and issued a refund, but said depend on my Card issuer it could take up to 3 months for it to go back on my credit card!

So I could be paying interest on this purchase for up to 3 month.

I will not be buying any more games after all this hassle.

I can't believe they haven't even bothered to remove it from sale even though they know full well it is broken!

 

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps?

 

Already tried that and re-installing without luck unfortunetly..
