    I did not receive any MyVIP reward for March. I am a five star member, bought two full priced games and other lesser priced titles. When can I expect an update?

    Unused VIP gems

    Hello Trademarkman,

    From the FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?



    You’ll have until 31 May 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until 15 June 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it is too soon to see credits pending for March purchases.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Furthermore, keep in mind that purchases that go towards offers do not also award payback, so for example, your purchases that went towards Simply Rewarding will
    not also give payback.

    As of October 1, 2017, we have expanded our MyVIP offerings to give more of our members a chance to be treated like the VIP they are. Previously MyVIP was limited to a MyVIP Star Rank, that allowed you to earn a % back on qualifying purchases. The expanded
    offerings showcased on the new MyVIP page were inspired by member feedback and give members three different ways to participate in MyVIP:

    MyVIP Percentage Back: Earn up to 10% back on qualifying purchases with your MyVIP Star Rank.

    MyVIP Perks & Gems: Access special offers and earn MyVIP Gems for a wide range of activities and milestones.

    MyVIP Vault: Trade in your MyVIP Gems for a Reward of your choice from our vault of curated prizes. You can read more about each of these different MyVIP features in the next few sections, or on the MyVIP page.

    Since Gems/MyChallenges were only created on October 1st, it is not possible to Reward activity that occurred before they existed.

    VIP reward not working?

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:
