    it meant to be 6% why is it saying 3%

    Hello Trademarkman,

    From the FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?



    You’ll have until 31 May 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until 15 June 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    my fault i should of worded it better. what i meant to say was myvip pie chart said 12% and now it says 3%.

    The pie chart is just to represent ways you may have previously earned credits. The percentage could change depending on different offers you take part in. Basically that just means that currently VIP rebates make up 3% of the total number of credits you've
    earned since joining the program.

    if your talking about the other pie chart is not that one is this one. i thought this pie chart shows how far you are in to the progress of the next star. because before they started the year again i had 78%

    Ah okay. By the percentages, support thought you were referring to the rebate percent you get back (3 stars with gold would be 6% back). Ranks reset each year. So on January 1 your progress was resent to 0%. Any eligible purchases you've made since January
    1 would have put you at 3% towards your next star level.

    yh thats my fault. i only asked because it said 12% then went back to 3%.

    We have reviewed your eligible spending since the beginning of this year, which would equal your current progress after the yearly MyVIP recalibration that took place at the end of December. Since you are currently progressing to MyVIP star four, you need
    900 GBP in eligible spending. We see that you have made multiple pre-orders so far this month. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Your non-preorders on January 9th and 15th add up to 34.99. Since 34.99/900 = .03, your current progress is at 3% to your
    next star.

    As of October 1, 2017, we have expanded our MyVIP offerings to give more of our members a chance to be treated like the VIP they are. Previously MyVIP was limited to a MyVIP Star Rank, that allowed you to earn a % back on qualifying purchases. The expanded
    offerings showcased on the new MyVIP page were inspired by member feedback and give members three different ways to participate in MyVIP:

    MyVIP Percentage Back: Earn up to 10% back on qualifying purchases with your MyVIP Star Rank.

    MyVIP Perks & Gems: Access special offers and earn MyVIP Gems for a wide range of activities and milestones.

    MyVIP Vault: Trade in your MyVIP Gems for a Reward of your choice from our vault of curated prizes. You can read more about each of these different MyVIP features in the next few sections, or on the MyVIP page.

    Since Gems/MyChallenges were only created on October 1st, it is not possible to Reward activity that occurred before they existed.

    VIP reward not working?

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:
