    MyVIP Vault


    Someone needs to refill the vault, ASAP. So many items (including many digital) are and have been out of stock for a while now. We are encouraged to participate in these rewards programs ... but when you do, half the stuff is out of stock when you want to
    redeem. We aren't talking physical items, but digital codes - which inherently can't be "out of stock." Obviously, Microsoft has plenty of $5 and $10 reward codes (for example) to continue to sell. Why intentionally force the 5,000 and 10,000 rewards to be
    "out of stock?"

    Hello EricLimah,

    MyVIP Gems are not the same as Rewards Credits. They are used to claim items from the MyVIP vault. You can see your current Gem total at the top of the vault page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    We see your Gems have all been added to your account.

    I redeemed 750 gems to get a 10 and 5 dollar card and Xbox never sent me the codes, but took my gems.

    MyVIP Gems are not the same as Rewards Credits. They are used to claim items from the MyVIP vault. You can see your current Gem total at the top of the vault page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/pt-br/myvip/vault/).
    We see your Gems have all been added to your account.

    Hello SargentDynamit8,

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused
    MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership
    is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    Gems can be used to "purchase" items in the vault. https://rewards.xbox.com/myvip/vault/ They don't actually have a set monetary value though.

    Credits are deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency. Your 4,000 credits would be equal to $4.00 USD.
