    MyVIP Star Boost issue


    Hey,

    I wanted to see if you guys could help me with a problem i'm having with the MyVIP Star Boost mission, I bought Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition for $119.95 on the 20/02/17 (when the game was released and not a pre-order) and it still has not applied to my
    mission progress bar or confirmed that I have completed the task. I have checked all the FAQ's and it all seems to be within the limits of what I need to do, could you please help me out.

    Since it's part of the terms and conditions, it would not be possible to have the game count. It would count was a punch towards your Games on Demand punchcard.

    Why do preorders not count? I bought games for over 200€ (need 102€ to unlock star) but it does not count and I cant afford to buy anything else. I mean, 200€ for 2 games is already a lot of money, right? -.-

    You can buy whatever you want as long as the total amount equals £60. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders are the only items that do not count towards VIP ranks, so season passes will count. Payment method doesn't matter, so if you use currency
    from gift cards it will still count.
