Discus and support MyVIP rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; hi on the 5th and 7th of April I used my vip gems in the vault on platinum for Warframe and have not received any codes via email , can anyone help...     Unused VIP gems

    Hello Trademarkman,

    From the FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?



    You’ll have until 31 May 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until 15 June 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    MyVIP rewards

    Hello andervaliant,

    Are you looking in your vault registered email address? Note that since you can enter any email into the vault registration form, prizes can be sent to an email that is not your usual Rewards email. Also, have you checked that email's junk mail folder? We
    have had reports of user's prizes being filtered there.

    Hello andervaliant,

    We have sent the email to your registered vault address. You may wish to also keep an eye on that email's junk folder, as we have had reports of some prizes being automatically filtered there.

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:
