MyVIP Rewards Credits not coming?

Discus and support MyVIP Rewards Credits not coming? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; So I am now a 5* VIP, but my account has been stuck on 3700 pending credits for several weeks despite me spending enough since to get to the 5*...     MyVIP Rewards Credits not coming?


    So I am now a 5* VIP, but my account has been stuck on 3700 pending credits for several weeks despite me spending enough since to get to the 5* threshold. I know the content was not eligible for any other offers, so why am I not getting credits? Will they
    show up closer to 12/30, or is this an error on your end?

    How much is 6,000 Rewards Credits worth in British pounds?

    As stated in our FAQ:

    What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

    5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to £3.

    Therefore, the 6000 Credit reward from the Simply Rewarding offer would be roughly 3.6 GBP. Your MyVIP star level will not have an effect on Credits from completing offers. It is only for general MyVIP payback.

    Error when redeeming, MyVIP Gems, but still wiped out my MyVIP Gems balance

    Tried to redeem two 10,000 Rewards Credits (500 MyVIP Gems Each), and one 5,000 Rewards Credits (250 MyVIP Gems Each).

    Gave me the ol "HMMM" error. Okay so tried again....

    Still got the errors, but it wiped out my MyVIP Gem Balance as if it redeemed it. So no GEMS and no Rewards Credits

    Did I just get scammed out of MyVIP Gems?

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

    That explains a LOT! Thanks! So the 3700 are from buys in November, if I'm understanding you right?

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Of the 3700 currently pending, only 3200 is from your payback last month. The other 500 is from your surveys. Credits events can be reviewed from the MyStatement
    located on the MyRewards page.

    It sounds like you are confused about our currencies. Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same as MyVIP Gems. Gems are a type of currency that can be used to claim items from the MyVIP Vault at (https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/myvip/vault/).
    Rewards Credits are the Credits that are deposited into your account as currency.
