MyVip Reward Credits II

There arn't any MyVip Payback Rewards Pending since the 6th for me visable and your own FAQ say this happens on 15th of the month.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since your fifth achievement was only earned yesterday, it is too early to have processed that information.

 

Error when redeeming, MyVIP Gems, but still wiped out my MyVIP Gems balance

Tried to redeem two 10,000 Rewards Credits (500 MyVIP Gems Each), and one 5,000 Rewards Credits (250 MyVIP Gems Each).

Gave me the ol "HMMM" error. Okay so tried again....

Still got the errors, but it wiped out my MyVIP Gem Balance as if it redeemed it. So no GEMS and no Rewards Credits

Did I just get scammed out of MyVIP Gems?

 

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. They're usually given several days before the 15th. Even though they would have been added as pending on the 6th, they would be listed with February 28 as the
date since that is the last day of the month they are for.

 

Then call the rewards "Payback Credits Februari" so people understand, Rewards Team. Cause yes there is something dated with 28th Feb, but it's describtion looks more like a bonus for being VIP then being the Payback Credits.

 

That's what VIP rebates are.

The payback Credits have been pending in your account since the 6th, and can be found on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. They will be listed as "02/28/17 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 600 Credits".
