    MyVip Ranking Inaccurate


    MyVip Ranking not working or tallying correctly. I was $22 away from 3 stars , so I purchased $40 worth of content to achieve that status . The rewards page is still displaying me as 2 stars. That's incorrect and I want this adjusted to the right spot
    or I want a refund for the games I purchased that I truly didn't want . I merely purchased it because it made sense numbers wise.

    Hello Kentarus,

    Currently, physical purchases like consoles are not eligible for MyVIP and will not increase MyVIP star ranking.

    Yes. Star levels are based on how much you spend each year. So you have to spend the same amount, or more, in order to maintain or raise your level after each reset.
