    On May 31st I made a few purchases in the attempt to increase the MYVIP Star Rank to Rank 3 for the remainder of the year along. So far I have yet to recieve any credit for those purchases, nor I have I recieved the 1 gem per $1
    spent for those purchases. I'm certain they were made before the end of the program, just looking for some help here. Thank you.

    My current MyVip rank in Microsoft Rewards is 1 star which earns me 20 points for every dollar spent. Am I able to rank up MyVip or is my rank permanent?

    The Microsoft Rewards program only has 2 levels. They don't have VIP stars like the Xbox Rewards program had. On the rewards site if you press status it will show your level information and if you click on "See my level benefits" it will show you what's
    available at each level.
