    Hi my name is Jacob Bartlett or aka GT: UsArmySMA, I am have a issue with my points I never spend on anything but it’s said my lifetime is 31,000 points and it’s says I have 110. I was thinking what’s going on because I want get a new Xbox One the one in
    the 10,000 points rewards area. I am just confuse. How does it work? I was hoping you can give my points back.

    so i've been on this "rewards" membership since the first "rewards program" and never really got much out of any of those.. and microsoft keeps changing things around before i can really accumulate enough rewards for anything.. this time around i'm wondering
    why these rewards are not counting life long gamerscore/purchases? i get the new badges.. but nothing else..?

    i mean i'm only getting rewarded for what i have achieved AFTER this "new" rewards program started.. but this is supposed to be a "thank you" for being loyal.. sooo why are we not given the full MyVIP for our full account life time..? it just seems like
    a slap in the face.. all the hours and achievements, the money spent on the store, the consoles, the years of xbox gold, even the money microsoft makes from the games and now it's just since the start of this program.. even though it does state "since the
    start of signing up for the rewards program" which i did.. a long time ago before this new program.. what gives?

    bottom line - a lot of us are feeling jipped.. i'm over 51,000 gamerscore, and i was only acknowledged for making 1 new tier. and i know there are people out there with over 300,000 gamerscore.. i think it's only fair that microsoft see's THAT loyalty, and
    to properly use this "rewards program" should count all of those points, not just the new points, and dollars spent.

    "thanks for your money! but we want more before dishing out nice things to you, spend more!"

    In order to redeem items in the vault, you would use gems which are not the same as rewards credits. Your lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you have earned since joining the program. It includes any credits that have already been deposited
    as well as any that are still pending. Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Once deposited, they are added to your Microsoft Account balance as currency you can use on the Xbox
    store. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site will list when any deposits took place and you can verify deposits by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

    Hello us army sma,

    Your lifetime Credits are the total amount of Credits you have received, including deposited Credits. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your
    deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. The 110 is your current Gem amount, which is
    the currency used on the Vault, not Rewards Credits.

    Awaiting acknowledgement all is well and confirmation that owed rewards are added to my account.

    Having read the faq, it seems that this is because i have my migrated my account from UK to Ireland.

    As suggested in post, i have opted out of the rewards program and will re-enroll in 48 hrs time.

    Hello minion79,

    Since your purchases were made in Euro, and you registered as a Great Britain Rewards member, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made with your registered regional currency.

    As you suspected, this is the reason why your purchases have not been Rewarded, and will cause a deposit failure. We see that you currently have the same Rewards Account, and have not opted out. If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft
    Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
    You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
    which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
    If your join by date still shows "???", and not your recent registration date, then your account has not yet been successfully re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits
    from your old account to your new one.

    You can see that you still have your old account since your join by date is not a recent 2016 date, but your old join by date. Once you have a completely new account, just open up a new post and request a transfer of pending Credits. We will verify that
    your regions are matching and then perform the move at that time.
