MyVIP Perks FAIL

Discus and support MyVIP Perks FAIL in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I enter the MyVIP Perks' page almost daily and sometimes there's some bonuses gems for me to pick it up!     MyVIP Perks FAIL


    I enter the MyVIP Perks' page almost daily and sometimes there's some bonuses gems for me to pick it up! But today it appeared that one of them expired. The problem is: that bonus is totally new to me
    IT DID NOT APPEARED UNTIL TODAY! How could I missed the 60 days period to claim if I enter the page almost every single day? I was able to claim others MyVIP Gems bonuses in the same period of time I should claimed
    this one 'cause they were showed to me!!!

    The message in Portuguese is:

    Desafio concluído! Você concluiu o MeuDesafio Criança dourada E ganhou um distintivo para provar essa conquista. Aqui está sua Recompensa extra de 100 MyVIP Gems!
    - something like: Challenge concluded! You have completed My Challenge Golden Child And earned a badge to prove this achievement. Here's your extra reward of 100 MyVIP Gems!

    I understand that there's a limit to solicit the Gems, but please, how can I take the reward if it does not show to me until it's expired?? Please, give a look into that, I would hate to lose more gems in the future because of this!!
    I really work hard and invest my money into the xbox reward to get some perks! Life goes on, but if this happens again I would be seriously disengaged to continued being a part of the xbox family.

    We see that you have multiple perks pending on your MyRewards page. As referenced in the FAQ, you can see pending perk claims on your MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards):

    How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?



    Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
    page    . You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.

    If you are having issues accessing the website, you may wish to clear your browser's cache/cookies, or try an alternate browser.

    I've just gotten an email from Xbox Live saying I have 60 days to claim the perk however the website rewards.xbox.com isn't working. It's saying Not Found. Is there another way to view and claim the perk?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. After examining multiple user reports, we were able to identify a common thread that led us to identifying an issue with certain perks that began tracking in November. We have re-sent all perks affected by this issue, and
    can confirm that this perk is now properly pending in your account.
