    MyVIP percentage decreasing instead of increasing with purchases.


    I'm unable to find the previous post a had made about this issue since they changed the forums.

    My percentage complete has dropped from the previous percentage again after I made a purchase. It's now showing me at 9% complete. When I had last written about this issue, my percentage was about 23% complete. It had dropped prior from about 47% down to
    30% then to 23% and now 9%.

    Not sure exactly what's going on, but I'm fairly convinced now that purchases made are decreasing the percentage instead of increasing.

    I appreciate any help that can be given in looking into this problem.

    IMO, the XBL community is decreasing and the Wii and PS3 community is increasing.

    Hello Kentarus,

    Currently, physical purchases like consoles are not eligible for MyVIP and will not increase MyVIP star ranking.
