MyVIP not updating after buying games on websites.

Hello A Ninja Creeper,

We see that your progress is accurate. We have tracked all your eligible purchases since your Goat Simulator DLC Bundle on January 19th, and they match the current progress displayed on your MyRewards page.

I have purchased stuff within promotions and I have not been awarded myvip points . according to your rewards website you can still earn points from playing free games . I think you need to update this if the rewards have stopped since 1st july 2014 as your
website states othwerwise .

What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?



You'll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You'll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP
Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

I would just like to know if the vault will be updated again so people ca use their Gems as oppose to having them transfer.

Seeing as the update was just last week

Are you trying to buy your games on the website or the console

if you are trying to buy via the website then no seeing as the websitr hasnt been updated and you can only use a payment method for now

in order to use the new currency you must buy via the console

Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since your $29.99 purchase was a EA Access subscription, that was not eligible for MyVIP, and so did not increase your progress on that offer. Your purchases made on the 17th
are currently being processed and should be updated to the website shortly.
