MyVIP not tracking

Hey folks,

In September I bought 3 ultimate edition games:

Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe

Fifa 18 (Ronaldo edition)

Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition

But it doesn't look as if they've been tracked properly on MyVIP (Except for Destiny, I think!)

What's more weird, is earlier this week, my 3* MyVIP status was showing around 65% towards 4, which suggested Forza had tracked, but now it's gone back down to 35%?

my vip rewards

MyChallenges/Perks, MyVIP Gems, and the MyVIP vault were only created on October 1st.

What are MyChallenges?

MyChallenges are a new way to earn by completing certain tasks, like having an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or pre-ordering digital games from the Microsoft Store. For every challenge you complete, you’ll earn a Reward of MyVIP Gems and a badge
to show off your achievement on your MyRewards page.

Your progress towards MyChallenges will start tracking as of October 1, 2017.

It is not possible to Reward activity done before Gems existed. Since your activity was before this date, it was not eligible for perk completion.

Not receiving credits

From the FAQ:

I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
by making purchases in the Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

Since you only became a member on September 9th, we can only Reward your activity since that date. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchases have not completed any offers, and you do not yet have a MyVIP star, your purchases have not been awarded Credits.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have investigated your case with our platform team, and it appears that your Forza purchase was not properly processed for MyVIP due to a purchase data delay. They have received this information, and you should see the
progress shortly as they get ready to calculate MyVIP payback for September. However, the progress amount is much lower than 65% towards level 4; that would suggest that you are at about 600 GBP of spending. After the calculations you are correctly at 44%
to level 4. You may have seen a default MyVIP page that briefly showed you a sample MyVIP progress score. Again, apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the delay in data.

Hello o Flesh Stick o,

Around the time of the MyAchievements update that included new badge tiers, there was an error that caused non-MyVIP eligible purchases to be tracked for MyVIP. In your case, I can see that your game consumable purchases were incorrectly increasing progress.
When we fixed this error, this caused your VIP level to drop.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently working on resolving an issue with subscriptions which has caused a delay in processing MyVIP. This has caused purchases made on the last week of April to not yet be calculated for MyVIP progress. Since we
are delaying awarding payback, this missed MyVIP will not affect your payback. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this delay is causing. We can confirm that your two movie purchases made on April 30th have been tracked, but not yet processed for
MyVIP. Once this issue is resolved, you should see the correct progress as well as payback.

Pre-orders of titles made before the offer period are not eligible for the offer. Only purchases made while the offer is active are eligible for Games on Demand. However, we will track and show your previous purchases so you can keep track of which titles
you have purchased already. Since your purchase of Titanfall 2 was made before the offer period, it was not eligible for this offer. However, there was an offer in September that made that pre-order eligible for MyVIP (usually, pre-orders are not eligible
for MyVIP), and you were Rewarded for that purchase in that manner.

We recalibrate MyVIP on a yearly basis. However, in September 2015 we received a lot of feedback from members to make some changes to the way MyVIP works. We gave everyone four extra months to boost their MyVIP Star Rank for 2017, and will also be recalibrating
your annual spending by the calendar year from now on to make it easier to track. Your total eligible spending from September 2015 - December 2016 meant that you were placed at the four star level, and then had your progress calibrated to the default value.
