MyVIP Never got updated

Hello there,

I am facing a issue with my reward account.

I recently got an email stating that if I spend an extra $125 worth of Xbox Store purchases, MyVIP will be boost to an extra star and give me 8% cash back on purchases. I did spend this amount of money plus more on the specific time frame but not only never
got boosted to the 8% cash back rang, but the actual cash back I received for my existing 6% status doesn't seem to reflect my actual purchases.

Can you please have a look at my account and

a) boost me up to 8% rank I should be now,

b) give me my missing rewards?

Tenure never updated

I've been a consecutive xbox live owner for 7 years. My payment has always been set to auto renewal. This past month when it auto renewed, my tenure number didn't go up. I looked at my account info and it now says member since **/**/13 instead of **/**/07

What tenure do you see on your console when you look at your gamercard?

Remember that the way that tenure is calculated was changed. Tenure now goes up after an entire year of Gold Membership time has passed.

For example:

If I started a Gold Account today (9/27/13), next year on 9/26/14, I would still have a tenure of 0 (zero). The next day, on 9/27/14, I would have a tenure of 1 (one).

Tenure no longer goes up when a Gold Membership is paid for and it no longer increases when a Gold Membership is not active. More details can be found in our

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. Therefore, you did not complete this offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.
