Myvip: lifetime credit

As you show in your pictures, you have already received those Credits as a deposit. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from this MyStatement you pictured. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit
as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. For future reference, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you
may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

As it shows in your pictures, they were already deposited for your use earlier this month. You can verify the deposit by checking your returns at
http://commerce.microsoft.com

Your lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you have earned since joining the program. It includes credits that are both pending as well as already deposited. Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month
after you have at least 5,000 pending.

If you look at the record of all your Credit activity on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page, you will see you have had MyVIP payback every month, at least since the beginning of the year. Sort/view the MyStatement by lifetime activity, or even for the
past 3 months, and this activity will be visible. By default, the MyStatement is set to show only pending (un-deposited) Credits, so your MyVIP payback from previous months will not be there as they have already been deposited.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. You were placed at your current star level based on your spending from the previous year (September 2015 - December 2016).

The 5050 Credits is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes previously deposited Credits. Your currently pending Credits (undeposited Credits) is 250. A minimum of 1000 pending Credits is required to request a scheduled deposit.

We see that you are listed as a Gold member.
