    Hello!

    It seems as if the rewards program isn't functioning properly. I've spent a lot of money in the store and haven't seen the my VIP status change. (if it's now working, it certainly isn't taking into account purchases retroactively.)

    Any way to help with this?

    Xbox live for > 10 years and been a rewards member since 2012... VIP rank beginner doesn't make sense!

    Your purchase information was still labeled as a pre-order, which caused the purchase to be non-eligible. However, we can understand the argument that this game was released (due to early access), and will adjust your offer for this purchase. You should
    see the progress shortly.

    MyVIP Star Boost issue

    Hey,

    I wanted to see if you guys could help me with a problem i'm having with the MyVIP Star Boost mission, I bought Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition for $119.95 on the 20/02/17 (when the game was released and not a pre-order) and it still has not applied to my
    mission progress bar or confirmed that I have completed the task. I have checked all the FAQ's and it all seems to be within the limits of what I need to do, could you please help me out.

    Deposit from pre-order

    Hello IM NOT COW MOOO,

    There was an issue with MyVIP calculations that caused us to postpone payback for September to ensure that users were awarded at the correct MyVIP level. We deployed a hotfix for this issue last night, and you should now both be seeing the correct MyVIP
    as well as payback for September based off this correct calculation. Apologies for the confusion.

    There is currently an issue where users are seeing fluctuations in MyVIP progress. We have determined the reason why users are seeing a decrease in MyVIP, and are working on a hotfix for the issue. This should be deployed by the end of the month. Apologies

    There is currently an issue with MyVIP progress calculations which is resulting in users seeing a drop in MyVIP. We have identified the issue, and are currently deploying a hotfix to address the error. This should be fully deployed by the end of the month

    The 4% you are seeing is your current MyVIP star progress. Since you are going towards star 3, which requires $900 in spending, 44.98/900 = .04 or 4%. We can confirm that the MyVIP star offer does not appear to be properly updating your progress bar, and
    are having our platform team investigate the issue. Apologies for any confusion.

    As Smwutches says, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, so your pre-order will not award progress for either MyVIP or the MyVIP star offer.
