MyVIP GEMS

Hi,

Thank you for the 500 GEMS; which I received on the 9th November; due to reaching the "Overlord" tier before the 1st October.

Please could you help with the following queries:

1. I've noticed that I've received 4 x 2 GEM deposits into my Vault, since the 1st October 17. Would I be correct in assuming that this is related to my Gamerscore?

2. I've also noticed a deposit of 10 GEMS into my Vault. Would you be able to tell me what this is related too? It might be helpful to display a statement of GEMS deposited into the Vault; much like you do with pending Credits.

3. I am aware that in October, playing Fallout Shelter for over 5 Hours, failed to register for the Freedom Rewards. Has this been fixed, as it's not registering for this month either?

Myvip perks and MyAchievement need to know problem

You can earn 2 gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn.

This is how much you can earn for each achievement level:

Just an update to my query with further information, after looking through the T&C for the new Rewards system.

1. It now looks like this relates to the Oct & Nov monthly surveys & 2x 1,000 pt Gamerscore increase.

Complete a Monthly MySurvey 2 MyVIP Gems each

Increase
your Xbox Gamerscore 2 MyVIP Gems per 1,000 point Gamerscore increase

2. I think this may relate to my October purchases from the Xbox Store. I made £10.17 in October, which should have given me 12 MyVIP Gems, not the 10 which appear to have been added
to my account?

Make Eligible Purchase(s) of qualifying digital content in the Microsoft Store 1 MyVIP Gems per £0.80 spent





A couple of further questions:

4. Would you be able to check my progress for "In the Mix", as I'm sure that I've used the Mixer app for more than 30 minutes/week for at least 4 weeks running?

5. I was a Gold Member up to the 1st November 17, but was not able to purchase & activate a further 3 Month Gold Subscription; until the 5th November. Does this 3 day gap, mean
my progress towards the "Pass Go" Mission is reset?

You have received 10 Gems from your spending.

There was still an issue with Fallout Shelter that was resolved recently. We see that the punch has been awarded for your playtime, and should appear on the website shortly.

We have received many users' feedback asking for a statement of some kind for Gems. We are working on implementing such a feature, but at the current time do not have a solid estimate from our web team on when that feature will be deployed. Thank you for
your feedback.

Regarding your additional fourth and fifth question; there was an issue with Mixer tracking we were able to identify thanks to user reports. You should see a perk awaiting you to claim it from your MyRewards page soon. Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately,
regarding your Game Pass question, a break of three days would result in your consecutive streak being broken.
