    hi there.... i have a question...

    one of my gamerbuddies (gt: Il EL PATRON lI) is long as i in the reward program...but i have lot of more lifetime points...and he get some Gems for the long membership in the reward program...i got nothing...why...i played/buyed,etc so much more on xbox
    live...

    please explain

    Myvip perks and MyAchievement need to know problem

    You can earn 2 gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn.

    This is how much you can earn for each achievement level:

    Gems just started on October 1. So it would depend on any offers he took part in this month that you haven't.

    Hi Gojira X BoB. Your friend received Gems for having an anniversary in October. Since your anniversary was in September, you did not receive those Gems because the Gems portion of the program began October 2017. You'll receive Gems come September 2018 for
    your anniversary.

    VIP reward not working?

    Hello SargentDynamit8,

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused
    MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership
    is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.
