MyVIP Gems Total

Hi,

I've double-checked MyVIP Gem balance & I think it should be 870, instead of the current total of 866.

8 (Oct-Jan Survey's)

18 (Gamerscore 142,576-133,008=9,568 GS)

20 (Xbox Store Purchases - Oct & Nov)

4 (Freedom Rewards - Nov & Dec)

Perks

10 (In the Mix Challenge)

10 (My Prospector Challenge)

500 (Overlord Tier)

300 (7 Year Xbox Rewards Anniversary)

Total: 870

I believe that 2 of the missing 4 Gems, relate to my recent
Xbox Support Post. A member of your Rewards Team, kindly adjusted my account. I've received the 1,000 Credits, but I don't think I received the 2 Gems?

I think the other 2 missing Gems, may relate to my GS increase. I think I hit the 9,000 GS level, around the 31 Dec/01 Jan, but I don't remember seeing an Increase in my Gem balance?

Where are my gems?

Gems from offers are automatically added to your gem total when you complete the offer so you generally won't see them unless you're constantly watching your gem total. You can see how many gems you have in the MyVIP Perks section of the MyVIP page of the
site.

Thank you for your report. We can confirm that since the manual adjustment occurred outside of the offer period, it did not trigger a gem Reward. We are reaching out to our web team to see if this can be changed. We will also investigate your gamerscore
claim with another team. Once we know more, we will update this thread.

Hello Wise Owl 2000,

After investigating your account, we found that your adjusted FREE Ride gems from December were added successfully. Since the FREE Ride events on your statement do not have months associated with them, it was the FREE Ride event added to your account on
January 29th. Your FREE Ride Gems on February 4th were actually from your January FREE Ride. Due to the 96 hours processing time, it only was awarded the following month.

Regarding your Gamerscore gems, we have recently identified the issue with Gamerscore calculations, and are deploying a fix shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
