Thank you for replying to my post: MyVIP Gems - Part 3. Unfortunately, it was closed before I could respond.

1. I originally raised the issue with the Movie Marathon Mission, failing to credit my purchase; as it was not showing after 72 hours. It's now showing up on the progress bar.

2. You mentioned that you are only able to see a purchase of £5.99 for the Taken Trilogy. I have made the following purchases in November:

20th November Taken Trilogy £5.99

20th November 3 Months Live Gold £8.99

27th November 3 Months Live Gold £8.99

28th November Game Pass (Offer) £1.00

I understand from the T&C, that Xbox Live & Game Pass would not count towards Star Rank, but there's no mention of them not qualifying as purchases for the new MyVIP Gems.

Hello Wise Owl 2000,

We see that you were correctly awarded Gems for your transactions since October. On the 20th we only see a purchase of 5.99 GBP for Taken Trilogy, which awarded Movie Marathon progress. Since you have only made 16.16 GBP in spending, that is only two 8 GBP
amounts, so you have only earned 20 Gems so far from your spending.

Just a quick update; we have confirmed that a purchase of a digital pass was not correctly sent to us on November 20th. Your other purchases were received as expected. We are now communicating with our web team on how to update this balance for Gem calculations.

You mention that except for the digital pass on the 20th Nov, my Other purchases on the 27th & 28th were received as expected. However, I don't appear to have received the Gems for those either.

Please could you look into this issue.

Hello Wise Owl 2000,

We have received clarification from our promotion team after contacting our web team. Subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP gems. Gem eligibility is similar to MyVIP eligibility, except pre-orders are also eligible for Gems for the gems for
purchasing offer. Subscriptions like Gold and Game Pass can be Rewarded with Gems by the MyChallenge for consecutive months of Gold or Game Pass, not for the .9 EUR per Gem offer. Apologies for the confusion.
