    MyVIP Gems 2000 12 month xbox live


    Will not allow me to cash out 2000 gems to receive the 12 month xbox live card, it just keeps on erroring over and over and trying to send me here to this support site. When will this be up and running to redeem the rewards.

    Can't redeem Reward Gems!

    I have a little over 2000 Gems i want to redeem before you change the Program to MS Rewards (bad idea btw) but everytime i try and claim the 12 month Xbox Live pass for 2000 gems it says theres a ptoblem and tells me to come here for help.

    Can’t claim 12 month xbl card

    I’m trying to use my gems to buy 12 months of Xbox live and it keeps telling me that you can’t process my request. The item is in stock and I have the 2000 gems to purchase it but it isn’t letting me.

    There are no offers to earn Credits for Gold renewals. However, with the recent launch of our Gems feature, there is a MyChallenge for continuous Xbox Live Gold subscriptions. From the FAQ:

    We have received clarification from our promotion team after contacting our web team. Subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP gems. Gem eligibility is similar to MyVIP eligibility, except pre-orders are also eligible for Gems for the gems for
    purchasing offer. Subscriptions like Gold and Game Pass can be Rewarded with Gems by the MyChallenge for consecutive months of Gold or Game Pass, not for the .9 EUR per Gem offer. Apologies for the confusion.
