Myvip does not return money

Why is it that Gaming is so... meh.

Originality does not sell well to the money people. People that are willing to invest in a product want a proven return, even if it is a small return. Making a sequel is a good return on a title that has made money before and also has lower development
costs than a new original title. Its about money, not about originality or art or what you would like to see.

Keep in mind that VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if the purchases were made in February, you will not see the credits pending until mid-March.

Also keep in mind that subscriptions, like EA Access, can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid card. The currency you receive from the Rewards program or Xbox gift cards cannot be used to be purchase subscriptions.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending for your February purchase of Devil May Cry..
