MyVIP Credits Not Showing Up

I purchased over $60 in games from the countdown sale before the end of the year and have no pending reward credits from my purchases.

Not receiving credits for digital purchases

I purchased multiple games and movies in September and October (did not preorder) and none of the awards credits are showing up for MyVip 10% rebate. How do I go about getting credited for my purchases?

Rewards Credits not being shown.

Yesterday I used my “MyVIP” gems to purchase Rewards credits in the vault. Yet they are not showing on my account. I checked back recently and the credits are not there. When will I receive them? I bought 25,000 credits to be exact. Where are my credits?

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So there are still a few days before credits for December purchases can show up.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. I see that we have performed this calculation for your monthly purchases for December, and are currently updating this information to users' MyRewards page. You should see the Credits pending in the next few days.

I recently bought the 5,000 rewards credit and although the MyVIP tab on the site shows that I bought them I've not actually received them yet.

If it was for the 5,000 rewards credits, they should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site. They would be scheduled to deposit around the 15th.

no I'm talking about MyVIP Gems I redeem 250 of myvip gems for a $5 gift card and I never received the $5 dollars

From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. However,
the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.

Therefore, your purchases of game consumables and pre-orders in recent months did not award payback.

Since only your pre-order of Skyrim was within the offer period, you only received one punch, and therefore have not yet completed the punchcard.

Regarding your avatar, we pull that information from a 360 data stream. While we hope to change over to pull that information from the Xbox One, currently the only way to change that information is from your Xbox 360.
