MyVIP cashback on game purchase not credited

My xbox rewards account is on 3 stars so as a gold member I should be getting 6% cashback. I purchased Call of Duty WWII after it released on November 3rd, so it was not a preorder, however I have not had any credits from this. I also purchased Enter The
Gungeon on November 7th and have not had any credits from this either, although I know the Enter the Gungeon purchase is still within the 96 hour time limit to wait.

Not receiving credit

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Therefore you were not Credited for that purchase.

Why don't the digital games you buy in the game store count for your rewards program.

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it is too soon to see credits pending for November purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

You'll need to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. Keep in mind that VIP rebates would show as pending on the last date of the months they are for. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and any content
that counted towards other offers would not be included in your rebates.

MyVIP payback on purchases is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending Credit halfway through the following month. Therefore it is too early to see your MyVIP Credit for your purchase.

Besides the offers on the MyMissions page, you can also earn Credits from MyVIP payback. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $200 GBP or regional equivalent of eligible content. After
you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.
