    Hello, I had problems with the VIVO Play app indicating to access the http://support.xbox.com/us/xbox-live-status, when I accessed I got the information: "Apps! Limited Xbox 360: MYTF1 14/06 / 2017 19:24:16 Most recent update: Hello Xbox members, we are
    trying to resolve a problem at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. But it's been almost 90 days and the problem still persists. Could the solution be forecasted or the XBOX 360 updates discontinued? Awaiting return.

    The service alert is only affecting an app: MYTF1, not the Live service.

    MyTF1 application doesn't work on my Xbox One.

    The message error is: "The application has to close. Orange ID null".

    I was waiting for some days, but no change...
