Mysteriously Cancelled Pre-Order

Hello, I ran into a problem with the store recently, and I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue or knew how to fix it. A few weeks back, I pre-ordered the Star Wars; Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition on my Xbox, and now all of the
sudden I'm not under pre-order for it. It still has the game itself marked as "owned" and is "installed" on my console. However, when I go to the Deluxe Edition's page, I just get the "pre-order" option, as if I haven't already. Before, it said something like
"you already own this product." If anyone knows what's going on and could help, that would be fantastic!

Pre order Cancelled

So around 6 months ago I pre ordered Destiny 2 the $150 version on the microsoft store, I was happy and excited until I received a message saying 'Your preorder has been refunded or cancelled'. So I went to my bank account and I had not received a refund
but i have already paid $150. Destiny 2 was even installed on my xbox but every time I click on the game it says that I need to buy the game to play it. I have no idea what to do and I feel like i just lost $150. If I do not get to play this game on midnight
Au time then I will probably cry.

Pre order cancelled?

I pre ordered far cry 5 and when it came to the release date and me going to play it a message came up saying that pre order was cancelled for no reason and it will be refunded but it has been more than a week and I haven't got my refund I paid 70 pound
for it and I'm a bit mad that I haven't got refunded for it and the fact my pre order was cancelled for no reason I got charged for it as soon as I paid for it as i checked my account the next day and the money was gone.

To cancel the pre-order go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ then find the order or pre-order you want
to cancel, and select Cancel item next to the order.

It's been a problem for months. EA are aware of the problem. They had a sticky in their official forums, but they removed it. Have a look around all the battlefield forums and take note of how many people have cancelled BF3 pre-orders. It's a lot. This is
not a new problem either.

Why does COD outsell BF 5 or 6 to 1? It's a mystery.
