    Mysterious Console Suspension


    My son's console has been suspended, but I NEVER received ANY notification. Two weeks ago, a chat rep told me that the suspension ends today. Now I'm being told it ends 7/15/17. NO ONE has ANY answers and EVERYONE keeps saying it's mysterious. Meanwhile,
    I lost the money that I paid for his Xbox Live subscription. This is VERY frustrating.

    Did you check to see if you son received any communication? It is possible that if his account does not have your email on it then you might not get a notification. You can go to enforcement.xbox.com and sign into the account, they should have information
    there.

    More wondering why there's zero information on what's even been suspended, what kind of suspension or ban it is, or really anything whatsoever aside from receiving mystery notifications.
