myservice.xbox.com Issue

For the past 3 weeks I've noticed that when using the "myservice.xbox.com" portal, the Device Manager section just has an error saying:

Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time.

• An error occurred. Please try again.

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this as well? I've chatted with Xbox Support several times, but they simply state their not aware of any issue.

nope i just went through it and it has worked fine for the past 3 days and i even went and bought a second x1 console and it registered fine and the repair order went through for my first console

 

I've been having the same issue. I'm just trying to check the damned status of my warranty... :L

Finally got this resolved. It turns out my original Xbox circa 2002 was still in there. Once support removed that I was golden. Have them take out your old consoles if you can't.

 

I have the same problems with site as well.
