    MyRewards: VIP status and other rewards not updating


    Hi,

    So, my VIP rank shows no completion even after spending $70. Same goes for the FREEdom Rewards, so far I've spent $90 on games like Warframe and SMITE, but no status change. I'd like to know if theres something wrong with my profile and how I can fix it.

    If you need info like country and other things let me know

    How do I know when I have been opted into VIP

    There's nothing to opt in to for VIP. Anyonr who signs up for the rewards program is automatically enrolled. VIP status is based on your star levels (how much you spend in the marketplace). You can check your VIP status on the MyRewards section of the site.
    You can see how much you need to spend for each level at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions

  3. XBOX REWARDS I HAVE MADE ALOT OF PURCHASES ON MY XBOX. GAMES, MOVIES, AND MOVIE APPS SUCH AS REDBOX, NETFLIX, BUT HAVE NO REWARD POINTS FOR DOING SO

    why have i not been getting my rewards or rebates and my vip status hasnt chaged

    Hello PsK Sych3,

    You are enrolled as a US Rewards member. Therefore, we are only tracking and Rewarding purchases made in USD. Purchases with a regional currency aside from your Rewards' regional currency do not qualify for Xbox Live Rewards.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region, you will have to create a new Rewards Account for that region, and close your previous Rewards Account. You can close your US Rewards Account by opting out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , waiting 48 hours and then signing back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). Once your join date has a recent date to signify you creating a brand new
    account, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
