    MyRewards - Statistics not updating and purchases not showing


    I've some problems with MyRewards: my profile is not updated with correct statistics and there are purchases (like Destiny Pre-Order Edition - 69,90 euro bought the 8th september) that are not showing up in MyRewards page. Is there any problem with the service?

    statistics are not being monitored correctly, and are not updating, as I play freecell.

    Reward page showing "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!"

    Hi,

    The page Xbox Live Rewards is showing the message "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!"

    How can I resolve this?

    For help with the Rewards program, you'd need to post here -

    I'm not sure about the stats, but as far as purchases, if you're looking for a punch in your punchcard, there is a delay that they should have fixed over the weekend.

    LatinLassy, happy to hear the update completed for you on a different network. To help prevent this in the future can you share your Detailed Network Statistics on the console so that we can see if there are any issues there? To get to your detailed network
    statistics press the menu button on the home screen and visit settings. From there select network and scroll to the right which should show the option to visit Detailed Network Statistics.
