Myrewards program not rewarding for purchased games.

Hello. I was trying to figure out a problem ive been having and xbox chat sent me here. I believe i qualify for the rewards this month in regards to the "warrior rewards" . i have purchased for honor on release day. Which is one of the requirements. But,
it says that i have not. Also i have unlocked at least 5 achievements in for honor as well which was another requirement. Neither of those have given me any rewards points.

I have been with the rewards program since 04/29/2016. So its been almost a year since i signed up. But i only have 3750 points. And i average on month about 200$ in new game purchases. So im also wondering on how many rewards i have possibly missed out
on since i signed up.

If any one has any information regard a solution on my problem it would be greatly appreciated. I hope ive given enough information for a solution to be reached.

As of September 2014, when we changed from MyAchievements to MyVIP for Rewarding, gamerscore does not have any effect on Rewarding. Furthermore, there is no 300 Credits for $10 offer from our program. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards program issues.
300 Rewards Credits in our program is $.3 USD.

 

Simply Rewards, Didn't Get Rewards Credit

I purchased $60+ worth of games on 3/1 and do not see the "Simply Rewarding" promo showing credit for the purchases.

 

Support will check on any other purchases, but keep in mind that the Warrior offer started on March 1. So if you purchased For Honor on release date, you purchased it before the offer began so it would not be eligible.

 

that makes sense about the promo starting march 1st. And i tried to upvote your comment but i accidentally reported it. Those buttons are way to close together...

Also about the support looking into past games. How would i get into contact with them ? Or is that a wait and see kind of situation.

As Smwutches mentions, since your purchase was a pre-order back in February, it was outside the offer period for Warrior Rewards, and not eligible for that offer (that offer began in March). It awarded a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.

Regarding your other Credits, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you were a zero star member until October, you did not get payback Credits on your non-offer purchases until that month. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
If you are curious about why your March payback is not appearing yet, we calculate payback as a monthly whole and place it as pending in your account midway through the following month.

However, while reviewing your account, we see that your renewal in November caused you to be awarded at a free level. We will adjust your account to duplicate this event to reflect the double % back you should get from being a Gold member. Apologies for
the inconvenience. You should see this adjustment by the end of next week. However, we only see on average a spend of about $100 a month, and that you are being accurately Rewarded. You can review your purchases from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
