Myrewards not working?

Ive been a my rewards member since December 23 and I have yet to have any rewards show up from any purchases or anything I've done. What do I do?

For help with the rewards pogram, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

The code you received would be for Game Pass as cedits are not sent via code. The credits would show as pending on the MyRewards section of the site and would be scheduled to deposit later this month.

 

MyRewards not Redeeming

Last week on the May 31st or June 1st, I was prompted in an email to redeem any remaining Xbox Live Rewards MyRewards items before the program ends. I had enough for a 3-month Game Pass subscription and for 5000 rewards credits.
Basically, I never received anything about the Game Pass, no confirmations, codes, etc. The 5000 rewards credits code I did receive but when I finally got around to redeeming it (the next day), the code had expired. I'm a loyal Xbox and Microsoft team player,
I'd just like to be made whole in some capacity. Can provide the expired code if needed, but more concerned with the Game Pass subscription. Thanks.

 

It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for Rewards support to assist. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
