MyRewards not Progressing MyMissions

I have been apart of MyRewards ever since they came out. Whenever I go to view the MyMissions, I see that none of the missions have made any progress, even though I know for certain that I have either completed or made some progress into completing the task.

For example: If the mission required me to play 3 Games With Gold titles for 5 hours, I would play the 3 titles of my choosing for well over 5 hours. Yet, when I go to check my progress, nothing has changed. Recently, it said Pre-Order 3 games. I pre-ordered
Sea of Thieves, but that was it. The missions said that I never preordered it.

This was a problem for me ever since the beginning. I have received credits and gems, but those were probably just from purchasing items from the xbox store.

Rewards missing

Hi there.

Bought Wizard Wand as per LOTR mission, but not showing in MyMissions and MyRewards.

96 hours have elapsed.

Pre-orders aren't eligible for rewards, but are apart of MyMissions???

Hello,

Can you please elaborate/explain on something for me that I still find confusing: why are pre-orders not eligible for MyRewards, or do not count towards MyVIP, but there are MyMissions that are specific to pre-orders?

Where is the benefit in either of these?

Pre-orders paid for through the Xbox store for game releases are made in full, correct? So is this to say that the pre-order doesn't count torwards increasing MyVIP or MyRewards, but may go towards a MyMission?

Is the only time game purchases count towards MyRewards is after a game release?

Hi St Archangel. We have an offer that requires you to play 3 Free-to-Play games for 5 hours each, but not Games with Gold titles. There is a MyChallenge for the Games with Gold, but that is playtime for consecutive months. For the Pre-Order offer, a punch
was awarded for your Sea of Thieves purchase. The picture is not lighted up because it is dependent on the version you get, but you can see that a punch was awarded on the top of that section. To complete that offer, you needed to make 3 qualifying pre-orders.

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
