Discus and support MyRewards Issues in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; MyRewards have disappeared.     MyRewards have disappeared. My credits are gone, my Star Rating is gone, it's as if I was never a member, and I'm signed in as me. How do I fix this?

    I logged in today to also see my rewards reset and all my 300,000 points gone. My 5 star status gone. It asked me to join program again. 2 days to complete activation. I've been member since 2011. Hope it's a glitch not actual Reset of benefits. Very bad
    as a loyal Xbox gamer.

    It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for it to be fixed.
