MyRewards Credits Not Depositing

I had 5050 credits by the 15th when it said they would deposit (on this page Xbox Live Rewards), and it just shows them there still. It won't allow me to click "deposit now"
or anything of that nature.

Credits Not Depositing

I purchased the Xbox One S Bundle during the 50,000 credit deal and they still have yet to be deposited in my account. They show as being earned on 11/18/2016 but were not deposited in my account on the 30th of the month.

Please can you help me get the 28,000 credits I have deposited into my account. All of my account information is correct.

Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
next month.

As Smwutches' says, once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits, a Request Deposit button should appear on your MyRewards page. If you are at 5000 or more pending Credits, you will automatically be scheduled for a deposit. Note that pending Credits require
one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You
can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

Support will check on the Battlefield credits, but for the disappearing credits check your statement on the MyRewards section if the site. It will show if/when the credits were deposited. You can verify deposits at http://commerce.microsoft.com

the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
