    MyRewards Account signs out after signing in..


    Hello. I am having trouble accessing my MyRewards page. I tried to activate an offer through an email and i had to reset my Microsoft account because i forgot the password. Password reset was successful. So after seeing i was on Microsoft main page, i switched
    back to my email. I pressed the activate rewards offer button. It of course directed me to the MyRewards Page and it asked for me to sign in. This is where the problem starts. The service proceeds toto sign me into MyRewards account. I can briefly see the
    MyDashboard and my avatar picture, but then the service redirects me back to the Join MyRewards page. I cant seem to find an account manage or retrieval link for it either. I will patiently wait for any info or feedback from your team!

  2. Xbox One parental controls question

    If he's signing out of his account and still able to play then I assume he's playing on your account or another one on the system. I don't think any games can be played if no account is signed in.

    If that's the case maybe a pin on your account would keep him from being able to sign into another one and continuing?

    Is XBL down???

    My XBO wouldn't sign me into my account. I went to Xbox.com and I signed in but when I tried to goto preferences, I was signed out and given an error message. Anyone know what's going on?

    Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and attempting to sign back in again to see if there's a change? If no change, please give another browser a try to see how it goes.

    Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and attempting to sign back in again to see if there's a change? If no change, please give another browser a try to see how it goes.

    Hi! sorry to hear you're suddenly being signed out. It's incredibly frustrating, trust me I know! This issue is actually caused by an issue with your account usually and not the Xbox itself. Try this..

    1. Remove just your profile from the Xbox
    2. hold the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds shutting down, then unplug it
    3. Sign into your Microsoft account
      here
      Use the same email and password that you use for the Xbox
    4. click on the security link then click update (enter your password again if it asks)
    5. On the security info page make sure you have at least 2 backup email or phone numbers and that they are current
    6. Make any changes if needed or if everything looks good go back to the main page of the account
    7. (optional) If it has been a while since you updated your password, change it now
    8. sign out and plug the Xbox back in
    9. add your profile back to the Xbox and sign in
    The issue should be fixed after that

    Thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us bud! Sounds like the console itself might be having issues with the updates since it wasn't used in a year as stated in the original post! Try

    rolling back the current update
    (solution 7) and keep us posted!
