    MyRewards - 500 Gems


    The Xbox Live Rewards Twitter account showed that anyone with Overlord status should have gained 500 Gems. Most people were saying it wasn't showing up the first day, but after a week, I'm still not showing the 500 Gems. I tweeted at them and they said to
    post here that I haven't gotten them.

    Missing rewards credits?

    redeemed 500 gems to purchase 10,000 myrewards credits and did not receive them. Help please xD

    1000 Gamerscore increase - 2

    Overlord MyAchievement Rank - 500

    We have received feedback about providing a more detailed Gems statement, and our web team is looking into implementing such a feature. In the meanwhile, the only places to do a review of your Gems is from the Vault page and your MyRewards MyPerks statement.

    From the FAQ:

    How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?



    Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
    page    . You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.

    We see that the gems are still waiting for you to claim them on your MyRewards page. Note that Gems are not the same as MyVIP Credits.
