    "This feature is unavailable. You do not have the required account privileges." on NBA 2K16

    Are you sure you have Gold?

    At the time of this posting, your gamercard shows your name in silver, indicating you are still on Xbox Live Free (non-Gold).

    I never played NBA 2k16, but I'm sure the reason why you're getting that error for the "MyPark" feature is because your account doesn't appear to be Gold.
