MyCredits: Failing to Transfer to Microsoft Account

Discus and support MyCredits: Failing to Transfer to Microsoft Account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have around 10,000 MyCredit and it says that it’s pending.     I have around 10,000 MyCredit and it says that it’s pending. How do I have this transfer to my account? Thanks

    Hello, I had over 15,000 MyCredits and I was told that on the 30th my MyCredits would be deposited into my Microsoft Account, They have not been deposited into my Microsoft or Xbox account yet and I've waited 12 days.

    Hello A1DSMAN,

    As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. For future reference If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you
    may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    It's not that Microsoft failed to recognize it, it's that you didn't tell them. You can swap it by doing the following:

    Download THIS gamertag to your console, then you'll need to create an EXTRA Microsoft Account at signup.live.com, then you'll need to transfer this gamertag to the EXTRA Microsoft Account using Settings -> Account -> Account Security -> Change Microsoft
    Account. Then you'll probably need to wait 30 days, then transfer your regular gamertag to the now free Microsoft Account using the same process.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with Throwback Thursday that we have just resolved. You should see those Credits shortly. However, regarding the first time purchase offer, that is only for your first purchase made with currency from your
    Microsoft Account. Since you did use your Microsoft Account as your payment method, that purchase was not eligible for the first time purchase offer, and therefore did not award Credits for that offer.

    Hey Nikoooooo92,

    It sounds like you may be unfamiliar with how our deposits work. Here's an explanation in our FAQ for Vault Credits in particular:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    We see that you already know about the MyRewards page and the MyStatement. If you look at the MyStatement, you can see that your Credits that placed you above 5000 Credits were placed on the 25th of this month. Therefore, since that is the second half of
    the month as described above, you should expect your deposit "on or around the 15th of the next month". Note that the FAQ says "on or around", so while the deposit should occur by the end of the 15th at the latest, it may also be placed before that date. Here

    Your account does not have a Microsoft payable account to deposit into, so the deposit is failing. We cannot deposit Rewards Credits into a non-Microsoft billable account (like Credit Cards). If you wish to receive your deposit,
    you must create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit Rewards Credits into. We can no longer transfer Credits between different gamertags. Apologies for the inconvenience.
