myClub PES 2020 "Xbox one S"

I download pes 2020 lite on my console and it was working myClub well till the download of the new data asset, i I try to play myClub but it just keeps saying that it can't connect to pes 2020 servers, and the download of the new data is unfinished. So what
can I do??

Hello Eyad,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with Myclub. We recommend reaching out to Konami or PES productions as this is an in game issue. You can try and uninstall and reinstall the game as there may be corrupt data causing the issue.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Really, the problem was not in my Xbox, but in the PES2020 game settings itself:

- when you first turn on the "MyClub" online mode, the game offers to read and agreeing to their Terms & Conditions (privacy policy, game's currencies, etc.). After that, you need confirm your agreement with them by clicking on the special "Agree"
button.

- and all these rules must be completely "read" (by scrolling down to the end of these pages).

And only after that the "Agree" button will be activated.

It does not work to agree with these rules without reading them (as we usually do). And it is right.))

- further the “MyClub” mode opens and works OK.

Special thanks for solving this problem to the staff of the Xbox support team in Russia (Taras).

Although this question is not related to Xbox settings, he was able to quickly identify the problem and give me the right advice.

Now my son plays in PES2020 and he is completely happy. And I'm happy too.))
