MyCareer won't load

I have been having this problem for weeks and have spent countless hours talking with xbox support and cannot get this to work. When i try and load my myCareer it opens to the loading screen loads for about 1-2 mins and then the game quits and sends me
right back to the home screen. I have tried going through power cycles clearing the system cache, nothing. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and removing my profile and signing back in, nothing. The latest thing i was told to do was
clear persistent storage, and alternate mac, again nothing. Please help as i have put too much time into the game to restart.

Lot of XBOX One games keeps crashing to dash

If your 2k MyCareer crashes to the dashboard after trying to load it here's the fix.

1. Go to Features

2. MyPlayer Closet

3."REMOVE ALL ACCESSORIES"

4. Load your MyCareer

5. Put accessories back on

Unable to load user profile, unreadable or damaged

Hello guys, I found a fix to this problem where you can't play your MyCareer cause of the unreadable or damaged problem, This problem works 100 % since I just tried it.

So here what you do.

1) Turn your Xbox 360.

2) Go to Settings

3) Go to hard-drive and click games and apps.

4) Scroll down till you see NBA 2K13.

5) You click NBA 2K13 and scroll down till you see a corrupted file, it should be saved game.

6) Delete that file and click yes.

7) Copy your MyCareer file in the same place where the first file is.

8) Play 2K13 then make a new player.

9) Go to settings / options where the rosters and stuff is at.

10) Click the option, LOAD/SAVE then click on MyCareer then it would load your MyCareer with the same things you had on it.

If you want to change your player, go to MyPlayer and all that stuff, It should load up your MyCareer with the team, SP/VC, OVR but it would only be missing the player due to you had to make a new one. I just recently did this and recovered back my MyCareer
file.

Tell me if this works.

Ditto...also click Y when you select career mode and tell me if your player was somehow reset to a level 68 point guard..because that's what happened to both of my files.

Dude! Same exact thing is happening to me right now. I'm on the verge of asking for refund regard all extra money spent on this game. its not cool to start all over with no vc

can someone please help me... every time i load mycareer it crashes and sends me back to the main screen.... anyone know how to fix this?

Try a soft reset:

The first step in resetting an Xbox is to open the main menu. This can be accomplished in one of two ways:

Press the home button on your Xbox controller. This is the illuminated button with a stylized X that is centrally located on the front of the controller near the top.

Alternately, you can press the left bumper until you reach the home tab, and then press left on the d-pad.

Press down on the d-pad until you reach the gear icon.

Press the A button to select the gear icon.

With all settings highlighted, press the A button again to open the settings menu.

Press down on the d-pad until you reach System.

Press the A button to open the System submenu.

With console info highlighted, press the A button again.

Press down on the d-pad to select reset console.

Press the A button to select this option and move to the final step.

Press left on the d-pad to select Reset and keep my games & apps. Then press the A button. This is the less thorough of the two options, as it only resets the Xbox firmware and settings without touching your games and apps. Try this first, as it allows you to avoid downloading everything all over again.

I am having the same issue! I spent 20$ on VC now it won’t load. I can start another career but can’t load in the one with my money on it. Sends me to Xbox Home Screen .
