    So I was so excited to play mycareer after i got it and it says im under the age limit. So i went on to my dads account and it says it is restricted? How do i fix this?

    well first if you don't have the age do not try to cheat the system, if it is a mistake, then have to change it using your parents account, but if it restricted is because you have to give permisions to your account to change your birth day to the right

    NBA 2K20 is rated E in the US, what region are you in? Also, online play is not rated which might be the issue. My Career is single player which would be rated E. Your dad might have put some restrictions on your account, and you will have to talk about
    this with him. If he didn't set any restrictions, and you still can't play then have him contact us for support.

    MyCareer on nba2k20. I played a few games in the park after work & tried to do the same when i woke up just to get that message stating “underage blah blah” sorry about that lol

    NBA 2K20 - RESTRICTED ACCESS TO MYPLAYER

    I'm just piling on... the entire reason for buying this xbox w/ nba2k20 was for my 15 year old son who plays and love BBall. No notices that he wouldn't be able to play.

    I setup the xbox on my account (adult) and then added him to my family. He's truthful on his account for age but even I can't play myCareer. I set his restrictions (on the XBOX) to unrestricted just to test it and he can't play a career.

    I'm hoping this gets fixed real quick-like....

    I'm wondering if I had installed the game code on my account rather than his if it would have made a difference but I'm doubting it since I can't even play myCareer on mine.
