MyCareer, Crashes after 1st dunk at allstar weekend

I finally made it to the All-Star point in the MyCareer mode. Got past the 3 point contest and now I have to do the dunk contest. For the last week now, it goes into the dunk contest, and right after the first guy does his dunk the game will crash and boot
me back to the home screen. I turned off the Game DVR and Upload apps as I heard somethings that they can glitch it out but no luck.

I would uninstall it but I'm worried about losing my save data. Can anyone help on this?

3 point contest and dunk content

Start up a MyGM then simulate it to the All-star Weekend.

Speaking of MyCareer All-star Weekend, I just finished it last night and was selected for the Dunk Contest, Rising Stars Challenge and All-Star game, but didn't get to compete in the Dunk Contest only the other two games. It just said on the NBA.com section
of the menu that Ross guy from the Raptors won it. Maybe you can only participate in a max of two events during that weekend, which is odd as I done all of them in 2K13.

Oh well maybe next season I'll get to participate in the Dunk Contest or Three Point Contest, I'll just have to practice the dunks though if it's the same as 2K13's 'Dunk Hero' way of doing moves.

 

Lot of XBOX One games keeps crashing to dash

If your 2k MyCareer crashes to the dashboard after trying to load it here's the fix.

1. Go to Features

2. MyPlayer Closet

3."REMOVE ALL ACCESSORIES"

4. Load your MyCareer

5. Put accessories back on

Works 100%

 

I very much doubt that uninstalling and reinstalling will make you lose your progress.

 

Okay, so I uninstalled the game and re-installed it last night. Still crashes out to the home screen. Right after the 1st guy completes his dunk and it's about to do the replay. It fudges up and exits the game. I remember seeing earlier that they had issues
when this was first released. But apparently that was all corrected with some patches. But not for me. Anyone else suggest any other ideas? I tried clearing the Xbox One Cache with holding the power button on and what not too.
