    Bonjour,

    Je suis un abonné canal+/canalsat et je n'arrive pas accéder aux chaines canal+ via l'application myCanal sur xbox one.

    Après ma connexion via l'application myCanal, j'obtiens un écran d'erreur "vous n'avez pas d'abonnement associé votre compte canal". J'ai bien sûr un abonnement canal+ ET canalsat. J'accède toutes les chaines sauf les chaines du bouquet canal+ pour lesquelles
    j'ai le message d'erreur "problème lors du chargement de votre chaine, veuillez réessayer"

    J'ai fait le test de lancer cette application depuis mon téléphone portable android et l'application fonctionne correctement.

    Serait-il possible de m'aider ?

    I suscribe canal+/canalsat channels and I can not watch canal+ on my xbox one via myCanal.

    When I log on the xbox myCanal app, i got the a screen saying "you do not have subscription associated to your account"; off course I'm subscribed. I can access canalsat channels but not canal+ channel (I have subscribed for both), it says "issues with you
    channel loading, please retry" on canal+ channels.

    I have tested to launch myCanal on my android cellphone and it works perfectly.

    Could you please help me?

    C8 sur mycanal

    bonjour, depuis quelques jours la chaine c8 a totallement disparu de mycanal sur xbox one alors que je l'ai sur mycanal via le pc.

    Comment resoudre se problème ?

    Peut-être un problème sur le réseau lors de ton essai, je viens de vérifier et actuellement tout semble bien aller. Tu peut le vérifier au moment de la connection sur cette page :

    Without knowing what you mean by "channel application" I can't help much, but I can suggest you turn off the xbox and unplug it for 30 seconds. That fixes a lot of things.
